Arneis (50%), Viognier (50%) · 2022 · 13.5% abv
Pale straw with bright glints. Aromas of citrus zest, white flowers, and green melon precede a palate of orchard fruit and wet-stone minerality. Crisp, saline finish with a subtle chalky grip.
Production
Hand-harvested. 3-hour skin maceration before native yeast fermentation in stainless steel for 30 days. Aged 6 months in steel, 1 month in bottle.
Vinyard
From 15-year-old Arneis and Viognier vines at 200 m on clay-limestone soils. Guyot training, organic practices, and cover crops maintain soil vitality.
Pairing
Excellent with grilled prawns, vitello tonnato, or goat’s cheese salad. Also pairs well with sushi or light Provençal dishes.
