Vinyard

Galicia is a region of Spain located along the Atlantic Coast. It has a very wet climate, with an annual average rainfall of more than 50 inches (1,200 mm) but also with more than 2.000 hours of sunshine which create an environment with high humidity in the area. This incomparable environment fosters an individuality that only vineyards from this region can produce.

Pairing

Excellent with lobster, scallops or rich poultry dishes. Its depth also pairs beautifully with aged Manchego or Comté.
