The most intense from the Laureatus family, this wine has stand out complexity on the nose with ripe fruits such as peach and mango, complimented by minerality and delicious honied pastry. The palate has richness and persistence with the characteristic acidity from the Albarino grape providing mouthwatering structure.
Production
Specially selected grapes come from the wineries best and oldest vines (all over 30 years). The grapes are handpicked, fermented in stainless steel and aged several months on lees with bâtonnage. This adds weight, savoury depth and creamy texture. Bottled with focus on balance.
Vinyard
Galicia is a region of Spain located along the Atlantic Coast. It has a very wet climate, with an annual average rainfall of more than 50 inches (1,200 mm) but also with more than 2.000 hours of sunshine which create an environment with high humidity in the area. This incomparable environment fosters an individuality that only vineyards from this region can produce.
Pairing
Perfect with grilled octopus, creamy risotto or Galician seafood stews. A food-driven Albariño with extra texture.
