Production

Cryomaceration was followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel to safeguard aromatics. A short period on fine lees added texture without heaviness. Bottled young to retain freshness, with no oak used.

Vineyard

Planted on the Marsala hills at 200–350 m, where breezes from the Tyrrhenian moderate the heat. Soils are calcareous with sandy pockets, giving freshness and fruit lift. The continental-Mediterranean mix brings warm days, cool nights, and a long growing season. Careful vineyard work, including leaf removal, improves sunlight exposure and reduces disease.

Pairs effortlessly with seafood pasta, grilled vegetables, or fresh goat cheese. Try it with fried calamari for a true Sicilian match.
