Production
Short cold maceration precedes a cool fermentation at 18 °C. The wine rests briefly on lees at 8 °C to build subtle texture before bottling.

From cooler vineyard sites in Veneto that preserve bright acidity and delicate aromatics. Well-drained soils enhance freshness and vibrancy.
