Complex and layered, with ripe citrus, stone fruit and subtle herbal tones. Full-bodied yet taut, with a long mineral finish. A serious Txakolí built for ageing.

Production

Fermented in stainless steel, then aged on fine lees for over a year. Batonnage adds creaminess and savoury complexity. Bottled without spritz, giving a still, gastronomic expression.

Vinyard

From a single south-facing vineyard in Okondo, planted on clay-limestone. The Atlantic climate brings freshness, while careful exposure encourages full ripening. Low-yielding vines deliver depth and precision.

Pairing

Pair with grilled turbot, lobster or creamy risotto. Its structure and depth make it ideal for fine dining.
