Garnet red with aromas of ripe cherry, redcurrant and bramble fruit, layered with vanilla, toast and a touch of liquorice. Balanced and smooth, with oak richness complementing the fruit.
Production
Hand-harvested from vines up to 40 years old. Aged for 12 months in seasoned oak barriques to bring subtle toast and spice.
Vinyard
Produced from Rioja Alavesa vineyards rooted in clay-limestone soils, where optimal ripening conditions ensure depth and complexity.
Pairing
Enjoy on its own or pair with grilled red meats, lamb curries, tomato-based dishes or hard, mature cheeses.
