Cabernet Sauvignon (100%) · 2022 · 14% abv
Deep red with aromas of cassis, plum and spice. The palate layers black cherry and ripe fruit with integrated oak, firm tannins and a savoury edge. Concentrated yet balanced.
Production
Hand-harvested into small bins, fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, followed by maceration. Aged 10 months in French oak for polish and complexity.
Vinyard
Cabernet from estate sites in Maipo and Colchagua, where warm days and cool nights encourage ripeness while preserving freshness. Gravelly soils add backbone and structure.
Pairing
A natural partner for steak and chips, grilled ribeye or lamb cutlets.
