Bright golden-yellow with aromas of apricot, pear and chirimoya, lifted by citrus and floral tones. The palate is fresh, layered and precise, balancing ripe stone fruit with a saline, mineral edge.
Production
Directly pressed grapes undergo cold settling before fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures. Aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and clarity.
Vinyard
From Limarí’s coastal vineyards, where just 80 mm of annual rainfall and cooling Pacific fog yield concentrated yet vibrant Viognier. Limestone soils provide lift and definition.
Pairing
A brilliant match for spiced dishes — think Thai curries or Moroccan tagines — as well as grilled seafood.
