Bright yellow with green tints. Citrus, pineapple and saline notes meet subtle oak spice. Full-bodied yet poised, showing freshness, minerality and a long, lightly creamy finish.

Production

Handpicked into small boxes, bunches are hand-sorted before barrel fermentation in French oak with bâtonnage. Aged 10 months in barrel for texture and complexity.

Vineyard

From limestone-rich soils of the Limarí Valley, where cool maritime influence preserves acidity and gives Chardonnay a distinctly mineral edge.

Pairing

Spot-on with roast chicken and all the trimmings, or salmon in beurre blanc.
