Ruby red with lifted aromas of cherry, strawberry and spice, seamlessly woven with French oak. Fresh and finely textured, balancing ripe fruit with lively acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production

Grapes undergo hand selection, followed by 6 days’ cold soak. Fermented in small stainless tanks with manual punch-downs, then aged 12 months in French oak. A brief post-fermentation maceration adds depth.

Handpicked fruit from coastal sites in the Limarí Valley, where limestone soils and cold Pacific breezes deliver purity, tension and minerality to Pinot Noir.

Perfect with charcuterie, peppery rocket salad or walnut-studded pâté.
