Production

Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel protected aromatic freshness. Gentle pressing and short maturation on fine lees added texture. No oak influence was used, keeping the style crisp and elegant.

Vinyard

Vines grow on sandy clay-limestone soils with white marl and rolled pebbles. These well-drained yet moisture-retentive soils provide balance and vigour control. At 350 m altitude, cool nights help preserve acidity and lift. Organic practices and careful hand harvesting ensure clean, precise fruit.
