Marola & Mass 2024

Marola & Mass is a magnificent young white wine, bottled late, protected under the Rías Baixas designation of origin.
Is straw yellow with greenish hues, clean and bright.
On the nose, it is of medium-high intensity, with aromatic herbs, balsamic notes, citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, and white flowers.
On the palate, it is fresh, sweet, very fruity, balanced, and persistent.
Production
The grapes are harvested manually and taken to the winery to a sorting table. They are destemmed, the free-run juice is extracted without applying any pressure, and the must is then set aside for static settling for 36 hours at 10°C. After this time, the clear juice ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until stabilization and bottling.
Vinyard
The Rías Baixas have an Atlantic climate, with mild temperatures year-round, high rainfall, and many hours of sunshine. The terrain is characterized by granitic and schist soils, with areas of alluvial and colluvial soils. Annual rainfall can reach 1400 mm.
