Marola & Mass is a magnificent young white wine, bottled late, protected under the Rías Baixas designation of origin.
Is straw yellow with greenish hues, clean and bright.
On the nose, it is of medium-high intensity, with aromatic herbs, balsamic notes, citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, and white flowers.

Production

The grapes are harvested manually and taken to the winery to a sorting table. They are destemmed, the free-run juice is extracted without applying any pressure, and the must is then set aside for static settling for 36 hours at 10°C. After this time, the clear juice ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until stabilization and bottling.

Vinyard

The Rías Baixas have an Atlantic climate, with mild temperatures year-round, high rainfall, and many hours of sunshine. The terrain is characterized by granitic and schist soils, with areas of alluvial and colluvial soils. Annual rainfall can reach 1400 mm.
