80% Garnacha, 20% Monastrell, organically farmed, de-stemmed with free run juice. 25 day fermentation at a cool 16C and aged for 12 months on Lees.

We love this organic Spanish sparkling Rose. Elegant on the outside and refreshing, dry and easy drinking. Made from Grenache and Monastrell grapes from Catalonia, Spain. Organic winemaking at it's best.

Enjoy on it's own or with light summery dishes and tapas.
