Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of white fruit, citrus peel, and subtle pastry lead into a crisp, dry palate. Bright green apple and ripe pear notes mingle with a gentle creaminess, finishing clean and refreshing.
Production
Night harvesting preserves acidity, followed by chilling with dry ice and a short 2-hour maceration. Fermentation lasts 25 days, and the wine is aged for 10–12 months on lees before release, adding texture and subtle autolytic complexity.
Vinyard
Grapes are sourced from Casa Berger vineyards at the foot of Montserrat in Alt Penedès, where Mediterranean sunshine and cool nights balance ripeness and acidity. Careful vineyard management ensures fruit with freshness, purity, and classic Cava character.
Pairing
Ideal with classic tapas: grilled anchovies, chorizo, jamón, or crispy patatas bravas. Its freshness also cuts beautifully through fried seafood and salty snacks.
