Production
Traditionally fermented in stainless steel, then gently dealcoholised by vacuum distillation to preserve fruit purity and varietal character.
Vinyard
From Gascony’s mild oceanic climate, clay-limestone soils and Atlantic breezes, which deliver freshness, aromatic lift and natural balance.
Pairing
Serve at 18 °C or lightly chilled. Ideal with roast chicken, lentil stew or grilled aubergine.
