Production
Grapes are macerated on skins for around 8 hours to extract delicate colour and aroma before a cool fermentation in stainless steel, preserving purity and freshness. This gentle handling ensures a wine that’s both expressive and finely balanced.

Garnacha from selected parcels in Rioja Alavesa, where calcareous soils and a mild Atlantic influence shape fruit with both freshness and flavour depth. The region’s warm days encourage ripeness, while cool nights lock in acidity — essential for a vibrant, food-friendly rosado.
