Mus Lías 2025
Rueda, Spain
Verdejo (100%) · 2025 · 13.5% abv
A vibrant, textural Verdejo with aromas of ripe stone fruit, fennel and citrus peel. The palate balances crisp acidity with a gentle creaminess from lees contact, finishing long with subtle notes of toasted almond and spice.
Production
Grapes are harvested by hand and machine, then gently pressed pneumatically. Cold fermentation preserves aromatics, and the wine spends six months on lees with bâtonnage for added texture. Ageing continues in a mix of French and American oak and stainless steel before bottling.
Vinyard
Sourced from 30+ year-old vines planted at 900 m altitude in the heart of Rueda. The continental climate, with hot days and cool nights, locks in freshness, while traditional cordon-trained vines and low yields deliver concentrated fruit and pronounced varietal character.
Pairing
Cured cheeses, sausages, rice and white meat.
Ecological Credentials
Vegan, Vegetarian
