Deep and powerful, this Merlot offers layers of blackberry, cassis, and dark plum, framed by leather, cigar box, and a hint of graphite. Full-bodied and structured, with muscular tannins and remarkable length, it’s a wine built to age.

Production

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration for depth and structure. The wine then spends time in French oak barrels, integrating tannins and building layers of spice and complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

Vineyard

Grown on clay-limestone soils with excellent drainage, the vines benefit from warm days and cool nights that encourage slow ripening and flavour concentration. The combination of terroir and careful vineyard work yields grapes of exceptional intensity and balance.

Pairing

Pair with dry-aged ribeye, venison stew, or duck confit. Its depth and intensity also make it a superb companion to dark chocolate desserts or mature blue cheeses.
