Hand-harvested fruit is gently pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. Minimal intervention, no fining or filtration, and careful handling preserve purity and freshness — a vibrant expression of Cinsault’s lighter side.

Vinyard

Sourced from old bush vines overlooking the Atlantic in Stellenbosch. The maritime influence moderates the summer heat, preserving freshness and aromatics, while low yields concentrate fruit character and texture.

Pairing
