Production

Hand-harvested fruit undergoes natural fermentation in stainless steel before finishing in bottle, creating a lightly sparkling pétillant naturel. No added yeast, no filtration — just raw energy and purity.

Vinyard

Pinotage grown 500 ft above sea level in red, coffee-stone soils in Swartland. Warm days and cooling Atlantic breezes drive concentration while preserving freshness — ideal conditions for sparkling natural wine.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif with charcuterie and hard cheeses, or alongside spicy prawn tacos, crispy duck pancakes, and summer salads.
