Production
Harvested in the cool hours of morning, the grapes were directly and softly pressed. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to safeguard aromatics. No oak was used, keeping the style fresh, zesty, and purely varietal.
Vineyard
Organically farmed vineyards sit on two distinct terroirs. On the garrigue hills, loamy sandy clay with rolled pebbles provides drainage and finesse. Down by the river, richer alluvial soils add fruit weight. At 350 m altitude, cooling breezes and big day–night shifts slow ripening, helping Terret retain acidity. Strict pruning and green harvests when needed ensure low yields and concentrated fruit.
Pairing
Explosively fresh, it’s perfect with shellfish, grilled white fish, or goat cheese. It also pairs nicely with sushi or a simple Mediterranean salad — the kind of wine that loves sunny terraces.
