Pale gold with green highlights. Bright scents of citrus, white fruit and delicate white flowers lead to a fresh, agile palate with typical Albariño structure and a tasty, persistent finish. The aftertaste is complete, refreshing and agreeable.

Production

Grapes are gently pressed and the must is cold‑stabilized before fermenting in stainless steel. The wine matures on fine lees for several months to build texture, then rests in bottle before release.

Vineyard

High‑quality vineyards around the winery in Val do Salnés are planted on granitic soils rich in quartz with a sandy texture. The oceanic climate brings gentle temperatures and high rainfall, while 20–25‑year‑old Albariño vines are trained on trellises and espalier.

Pairing

Pair with dense, slightly oily fish stews and other seafood dishes from Rías Baixas; the wine’s freshness contrasts beautifully with rich flavours.
