Pendenza Pinot Grigio opens with delicate floral aromas and bright orchard and citrus fruits. The palate is light and dry, with a touch of honey easing into a clean, crisp finish.

Production

Grapes were gently crushed and pressed; the juice was clarified and fermented cool at 16–18 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine spent three to six months on fine lees before bottling.

Vineyard

Pinot  Grigio grapes are selected from vineyards across the Veneto region and hand‑harvested in early September, preserving freshness and regional identity.

Pairing

Ideal with seafood starters, grilled white fish or lemon‑dressed salads.
