Pendenza Pinot Grigio Rosé shows a pale coral hue with lively strawberry and cherry aromas. The palate offers juicy red fruits and zesty freshness that give way to a creamy, mouth‑watering finish.

Production

Grapes were harvested together at peak ripeness and left on skins for 12 hours at low temperature before gentle pressing. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed, and the wine was bottled young to preserve its fresh aromatics.

Vinyard

Grapes are sourced from hillside vineyards in the Pavia region of northwest Italy and hand‑picked in early September. Extra ripeness gives the Pinot Grigio a natural pink tinge, enhanced by small amounts of Barbera and Pinot Noir from the same slopes.

Pairing

A picnic‑ready rosé that pairs beautifully with charcuterie, tomato salads or grilled vegetables.
