Production

Grapes are hand-selected and naturally dried before pressing. Slow fermentation highlights richness and aromatic depth. Aged in small oak barrels for complexity.

Vineyard

From old hillside vines planted on poor marl soils that limit yields dramatically. The terroir produces naturally concentrated berries. Cool nights preserve freshness in this late-harvest gem.

Pairing

Ideal with blue cheese, foie gras or almond-based desserts. A showpiece wine for special occasions - an after-dinner jewel.
