Refosco thrives on Colli Orientali’s clay-marl soils, which provide depth and structure. The slopes’ exposure maximises sunlight for full ripening. Cool breezes help preserve acidity.

Pairing

Perfect with roast game, braised beef or mature cheeses. A robust red for hearty plates. Serving temperature: 17-18°C.
