A vibrant ruby-red Sangiovese with aromas of morello cherry, wild herbs, and subtle spice. The palate is supple yet structured, with lively acidity and fine tannins leading to a savoury, persistent finish.
Production
Hand-harvested grapes ferment in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. A 7–10 day maceration with gentle pump-overs and délestage ensures colour and tannin extraction. No oak ageing — purity and varietal character take centre stage.
Vinyard
Sourced from organically farmed vineyards around Gaiole in Chianti. The region’s marl and limestone soils and warm Tuscan climate nurture balanced ripening and aromatic purity, while careful vineyard work maximises fruit quality.
Pairing
Pairs beautifully with Tuscan first courses, grilled sausages, or aged pecorino. Try with roast pork and fennel or tomato-based pasta dishes.
