A quietly confident white with ripe pear, white peach, and a flick of fennel gliding over a saline, mineral spine. Textured yet brisk, it balances orchard fruit richness with a savoury, stony edge — the kind of wine that sneaks up on you with depth rather than volume.

Production

Grapes undergo gentle pressing and a cool 20-day stainless-steel fermentation at 16 °C, retaining delicate aromatics. The wine rests four months on lees, gaining texture and subtle savoury nuance before bottling.

Vinyard

Sourced from Montsant vineyards bordering Priorat, where sloping parcels on llicorella (slate) soils lend tension and minerality. Old vines thrive under a Mediterranean climate, with warm days tempered by cooling breezes that preserve acidity and extend ripening.

Pairing

Superb with grilled squid and alioli, roast chicken with fennel, or even a simple bowl of salted Marcona almonds. Its texture and freshness elevate seafood and poultry without overpowering them.
