Pictorial Cabernet 2023

Côtes du Thau, France

Cabernet Sauvignon (100%) · 2023 · 14% abv

Bright, juicy and approachable, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows vivid blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with hints of violet and soft spice. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with supple tannins, a rounded texture and a ripe, mouthwatering finish that’s both satisfying and easy to drink.
Production

Grapes are gently pressed to preserve bright fruit character before a short period of maturation in oak, which adds body and subtle structure. The focus is on preserving freshness and varietal clarity while delivering a supple, approachable style.

Vineyard

Grapes are grown in the coastal Côtes de Thau region, where Mediterranean sunshine is moderated by sea breezes from the nearby lagoons. This unique microclimate enhances freshness and concentration, while the mix of sandy and limestone soils builds structure and fruit purity.

Pairing

A versatile choice for midweek meals — pair with grilled meats, chargrilled vegetables or tomato-based pasta. Its ripe fruit and soft tannins also make it a great match for barbecue fare or classic burgers.
