Production
Grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day to preserve fruit character. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to highlight vibrant, red-fruited aromatics. No oak ageing keeps the wine light, expressive and easy to enjoy.
Vineyard
Grapes come from older, dry-farmed vines between 40 and 60 years old in Chile’s Central Valley. The cooler mountain-influenced climate and rocky soils help develop freshness, delicate aromatics and balanced acidity.
Pairing
Serve slightly chilled with duck breast, grilled salmon, or earthy mushroom dishes. Its bright acidity also works brilliantly with charcuterie or roasted root vegetables.
