Intense ruby red with aromas of cassis, black plum and clove. Layers of black pepper and graphite add complexity, while bright acidity and silky tannins give a lifted, savoury finish.

Production

Cold-soaked for four days before a 12-day fermentation. Aged six months in French oak and six in bottle for integration and structure.

Vineyard

Sourced from gravel and limestone-rich soils with optimal drainage at 1,400 m. Cold winters and warm, dry summers encourage slow ripening, preserving freshness and aromatic depth.

Pairing

Cabernet Franc’s freshness pairs beautifully with BBQ-glazed meats, tomato-rich stews, or grilled lamb shoulder with rosemary and garlic.
