Production
Grapes are cold-soaked for three days, fermented over 15, then macerated for five days post-ferment. Aged nine months in oak and six in bottle to enhance texture and depth.

From estate vineyards in Gualtallary where poor, stony soils and strong Andean sunlight yield fruit with intensity and lift. High altitude ensures natural balance and aromatic complexity.
