Production
Once harvested, grapes are destemmed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness. Minimal intervention in the cellar ensures varietal purity, while gentle handling maintains texture and mouthfeel.
Vineyard
Grapes are grown in sun-soaked vineyards in southern France on sandy, silty soils that encourage deep root growth and water retention — ideal for sustaining vines through long, warm summers. The Mediterranean climate delivers ripe, perfumed fruit with excellent concentration and balance.
