Production

Maceration and fermentation spanned 15–20 days in stainless steel. Ageing was split: 50% in 225 L barriques and 50% in steel tanks, creating a supple texture with gentle oak complexity.

Vineyard

Nero d’Avola vines grow in hilly Marsala sites at 250–350 m. Calcareous soils dominate, offering minerality and structure. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot summers softened by night breezes. Vineyard practices emphasise low yields and traditional training, giving balanced, concentrated fruit.

Pairing

Pairs with grilled lamb chops, pasta alla Trapanese, or hard Sicilian cheeses. Also excellent with aubergine parmigiana.
