Aromatic and textured with ripe peach, orange blossom and a lift of citrus zest. Mouth-watering and fresh.

Production

Whole-bunch pressed to Acacia barrels and stainless steel, spontaneous fermentation and partial malolactic. Lees-aged 6 months, unfined and unfiltered.

Vineyard

Dry-farmed single vineyard at 220 m on Mt Pangaion’s slopes, with silty soils over water-retentive clay and a cooling mountain influence.

Pairing

Perfect with grilled squid and lemon, goat’s cheese salad, or spanakopita.
